Experiential Exploration is happening for nine weeks (June 17 - August 14) at Round Mountain Organics this summer. If you’re between the ages of 4 and 12-years-old you have the opportunity to be inspired by spontaneity on the farm to explore nature as it presents itself to you. We will surely feed the chickens everyday and look for snakes in their favorite hiding spots. You will learn how the sun provides electricity and heat for the farm and witness the solar oven cook up tasty treats. You can bet on harvesting fresh produce for lunch as well as watering, seeding and tending the plants. There are endless wild critters to discover and some very friendly cats and dogs to play with. If it’s hot we’ll splash in the water and when it rains we’ll chill out in the yurt with books, chalk boards, yoga and some good old play time.

If you’d like to learn more call Nancy at 970-641-4742.

To register, download the intake form, fill it out and send it in with a check to RMI, 17280 Hwy 135, Almont, CO 81210. The days start at 9:30 a.m. and end at 3 p.m.
